3. Measurements & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

If measurements are submitted online by the customer, Fine Tailors will not be responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect or inaccurate measurements.

Customers are encouraged to visit our store for professional measurements whenever possible.

4. Fabric & Customization

Fabric colors, textures, embroidery, and designs shown on the website may slightly differ from the final product due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or fabric variations.

Since every garment is individually handcrafted, minor variations should not be considered defects.

5. Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after:

Fine Tailors will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeline but does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless agreed in writing.

12. Alteration Policy

Minor alterations due to standard fitting adjustments may be provided at the discretion of Fine Tailors.

Requests involving major design modifications after garment completion may incur additional charges.

13. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.

Once tailoring, cutting, embroidery, or stitching has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund eligibility shall depend on the stage of production.

14. Refund Policy

Customized garments are made specifically according to customer requirements.

Therefore:

• Customized stitched garments are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed through the original payment method.
